RETURNS

We offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the reciept of purchase on all unpersonalised items, as long as it is in the original packaging and fit for resale. As personalised items are created especially for you we are unable to accept returns or refunds on these. However if a personalised item is faulty upon arrival we would be just as upset as you and will try to rectify any issues as soon as possible.
