Was not happy with the bracelet it looked tarnished and dull, I was expecting a shine on the bracelet

Thank you for your feedback.

Please note that since this bracelet is made from Surgical Grade Steel, it is completely tarnish free and will never discolour or fade, and is completely waterproof.
However, it is very slightly duller in colour when compared to Sterling Silver.
On the other hand, Sterling Silver is more expensive and will tarnish and discolour over time. That's the trade-off between the two materials.

All of our jewellery is carefully polished to ensure the maximum shine, but since metal is reflective it will appear shinier in bright conditions such as direct sunlight.

Lucy Bracelet - I absolutely love it
