Poor quality heart

The heart is too clunky and heavy to wear as a piece of jewellery on a bracelet.

It's more for a keyring.

I would not recommend this product with silver jewellery.

Engraving is good.

Handwritten hearts

I absolutely love my hearts. One with my beautiful mums writing on and one with my dads. This means I have a message from them with me at all times. I was concerned that it wouldn’t look like their hand writing but it does. So pleased. Thank you.

Personalisation missing on the back

A lovely charm, engraved as requested on the front however the engraving was not carried out on the back. A little disappointing as it was a gift from my son to his girlfriend

I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your order.

Upon looking into your details, I can see that there was no request to engrave the back and you weren't charged for this either.
To add an engarving to the back you must tick the box marked 'Engrave the back' and then fill out the details that appear underneath.

Beautiful heart charm
