I bought this for my besties 40th birthday present it was a gold hearted necklace engraved detail that i requested. I hadn’t filled in the details properly on the website for the instructions as what the engraved writing I wanted. A young woman called me and asked what I wanted as I didn’t even realised I could pick a font. She was so lovely across the phone.
